Treatments & Finishes to Match Your Style

Each steel frame goes through a meticulous preparation and finishing process to ensure durability and a flawless appearance. Every product is sandblasted and double powder coated by an accredited Dulux Powder Coater, giving you access to the full Dulux colour range and the protection of the Dulux Steel Shield Warranty.

Our process includes:

• Baking the frame for strength and stability
• Sandblasting to create a smooth, clean surface
• Applying a 99% zinc-rich primer for superior corrosion protection
• Adding a coloured powder topcoat in your chosen Dulux finish
• Extra coloured powder topcoat for coastal locations to protect against salt and moisture

Profile Options for Your Project

We offer a range of steel profiles to suit different design requirements, performance needs, and energy efficiency goals:

• Double Glazed – W40 Belgian-Style Profile - Offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation while maintaining the slim, elegant look of steel. Perfect for external windows and doors where energy efficiency is important.
• Single Glazed – W20 Belgian-Style Profile - Ideal for internal partitions, room dividers, or projects where thermal performance isn’t a priority, but a slim profile and refined aesthetic are key.

Our Process – From Quote to Installation

We make the journey from first enquiry to final installation simple and stress-free:

1. Initial Consultation
   • Contact us to discuss your project and ideas.
   • You’re welcome to visit our showroom to view frame samples, finishes, and previous work.
2. Quote from the Office
   • Send us approximate sizes, drawings, or photos and we’ll prepare a detailed quote from our office.
   • Once your quote is accepted, we’ll visit the site to take precise measurements, assess the space, and confirm everything is ready for fabrication.
3. Shop Drawings & Approval
   • Our team prepares detailed shop drawings based on the confirmed measurements and design.
   • These drawings are sent to you for review and must be signed off before production begins.
4. Fabrication
   • Once approved, your job is placed in the production schedule.
   • Your steel frames are custom-made in our Melbourne factory using premium European steel imported from Switzerland.
5. Glazing & Installation
   • Our experienced glaziers fit the glass and install your frames on-site with precision and care.
   • We handle the entire process so there is no need to coordinate multiple trades.
6. Aftercare & Maintenance Advice
   • We provide guidance on how to keep your steel windows and doors looking and performing their best for decades.
